Due to various influencing factors, the Final Mooney Viscosity of environmentally friendly recycled rubber products and their storage process is unstable. The Final Mooney Viscosity stability of environmentally friendly recycled rubber has become a common concern of rubber recycling enterprises.

Environmentally friendly recycled rubber is mainly composed of three main raw materials: rubber powder, softener and activator. The stability of raw materials is the main key issue. Stabilizing the raw material source of rubber powder and conducting quality control are the primary factors to ensure the stability of Final Mooney Viscosity.

The second is the problem of softeners. At present, the main softeners are pine tar, tall oil and vegetable oil. Due to their different sources, the quality itself has problems.
