How to make a China Mooney Vicometer:
1. The preparation method of China Mooney Vicometer and the adjustment of the sample before the test will affect the Mooney value, so it should be carried out in strict accordance with the procedures specified in the measurement method.
2. China Mooney Vicometer sample should be prepared in accordance with the relevant regulations in GB/T15340. The rubber compound test shall be prepared in accordance with the methods specified in GB/T6038 and relevant rubber material standards. China Mooney Vicometer sample should be composed of two circular films with a diameter of about 50mm and a thickness of about 6mm, and a circular hole with a diameter of about 8mm is punched in the center of one of the films so that the rotor can be inserted. Air bubbles in the film should be excluded as much as possible to avoid the formation of air pockets on the rotor and cavity surfaces.
3. China Mooney Vicometer sample should be adjusted at the laboratory temperature for at least 30min according to the provisions of GB/T2941, and the sample should be tested within 24h.
