[Abstract]:
1. Overcurrent. Because the direct driving servo motor runs with a load over the rated current for a long time, and the set value of the overcurrent protection value of the drive exceeds the rated value, but is lower than the current actual running value, the drive does not alarm, or the overcurrent protection function is shielded.

1. Overcurrent. Because the direct driving servo motor runs with a load over the rated current for a long time, and the set value of the overcurrent protection value of the drive exceeds the rated value, but is lower than the current actual running value, the drive does not alarm, or the overcurrent protection function is shielded. The solution may be to check whether the bearing of the direct driving servo motor is normal, whether the three-phase power supply terminals of the motor are firmly connected, whether the current is unbalanced, whether the rotation direction of the motor changes too fast, etc.
2. The motor cooling system is faulty. Since the heat generated by the direct driving servo motor cannot be dissipated as soon as possible, the motor temperature rises too high. The main solution is to check whether the cooling fan of the direct driving servo motor is running normally, whether the fan rotates in the right direction or not, and the cooling Whether the air duct is blocked, the motor body will affect the heat dissipation of the motor due to the accumulation of sludge, oil and other debris!

3. If the temperature measurement value is wrong or inaccurate, use a standard temperature detection instrument to measure whether the temperature value is significantly different from the temperature of the direct driving servo motor displayed by the driver. If the measurement value is consistent with the displayed value or a few degrees different, It proves that the displayed value is correct and the temperature sensor is normal. At this time, the motor temperature rise alarm value is too high or the motor temperature rise alarm is shielded! If the difference between the measured value and the displayed value is large, the motor temperature sensor is likely to be faulty. Turn on the direct driving servo motor to exclude!
All in all, if the alarm parameter value of the driver is set incorrectly or unreasonably, it must be corrected, otherwise the direct driving servo motor will be damaged for a long time.
