Rubber Processing Analyzer RPA2025 is designed, best for rubber R+D, to test rubber materials properties (such as dynamic viscosities, AMW, MWD, molecular entanglement, branching, gel contents, storage aging, etc.), rubber compounds process-abilities (such as flowability, dynamic viscosity, mill behavior, mix consistency, die-swell, porosity, scorch, aging effects, dispersion, etc.), curable rubber curabilities (such as cure time and rate, elastic torque, viscous torque, complex torque, etc.) as well as the dynamic mechanical properties (such as shear modulus, viscoelastic property, heat built-up, crosslink density by way of presetting its subtests of cure test, frequency sweep, strain sweep, temperature sweep, non-isothermal cure test and so on with the lower die cavity oscillation in wide range of the oscillation frequency, amplitude and the test temperature, which test methods are complied to relevant ASTM, ISO and GB standards.
