Since the die temperature of a rheometer or a Mooney viscometer is one of the important factors that influences its test data quality, its temperature control system, temperature probe, die structure etc. shall take the responsibility for any difference between the temperature set and its actual output. Following examples are given to the regular cure tests separately under 180℃ and 177℃, for which 3℃ difference causes to its test data deviation:
